High-performance plastics offer further significant advantages over engineering plastics in food and packaging technology applications.

Due to their significantly higher temperature resistance in particular and even better chemical resistance, high-performance plastics can be used where otherwise the use of plastics would have been necessary.

• temperature application range up to 250°C
• excellent resistance to hydrolysis and chemicals
  

High-performance plastics can be used without problems, for example, in the hot processing of food or for sealing packaging materials. Of course, high-performance plastics are also used for sliding and drive elements, guides or seals in food and packaging technology.
